This Privacy Policy explains how Chenyjunny ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the game Era of Conquest ("the Game"), available on the web and, where published, on mobile app stores. Contact: [email protected].

1. Summary

• The Game has no login and no user accounts. We do not ask for your name, address, or phone number.
• Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device and are not sent to us.
• We use privacy-friendly analytics (Google Analytics 4, with IP anonymization) to understand aggregate usage.
• Optional rewarded ads are opt-in (shown only when you tap to watch). We do not show forced full-screen ads.
• Purchases (e.g. "remove ads") are processed by the app store or payment provider, not by us.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Stored on your device only (not transmitted to us)

• Saved games, chosen difficulty, cleared-scenario records, sound/volume and language settings.
• A first-open timestamp used to measure retention locally.

Stored via browser localStorage. You can clear it any time via your browser/OS settings.

2.2 Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

When enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregate, non-identifying usage data: events such as game start/end, session length, screen/feature usage, approximate region (derived from a truncated IP — IP anonymization is enabled), device/browser type, and a randomized analytics identifier. We use this only to decide what to improve. Data is processed by Google.

2.3 Advertising

If advertising is enabled, Google (AdMob and/or AdSense) may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads. Ads in the Game are opt-in rewarded ads only (you choose to watch for an in-game reward). Google acts as an independent controller for the data it collects; see How Google uses data from sites/apps that use its services.

2.4 Purchases

Optional in-app purchases (e.g. removing ads) are handled entirely by the platform (Google Play, Apple App Store, or a web payment provider). We receive only a confirmation that a purchase succeeded — we never receive your card or payment details.

3. How we use information

• To run and improve the Game (fix bugs, balance difficulty, decide features).
• To measure aggregate engagement and retention.
• To serve opt-in rewarded ads and honor the "remove ads" purchase, where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

Where GDPR applies, our legal bases are legitimate interests (operating and improving the Game, aggregate analytics) and consent (for non-essential analytics/ads cookies and identifiers, where required). Where consent is required, we request it before loading Google Analytics/ads and you may withdraw it at any time.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that make the Game work: Google (Analytics, and, if enabled, ads) and the app store / payment provider for purchases. Each processes data under its own policy. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Retention and destruction

On-device data (localStorage) is destroyed the moment you uninstall the app or clear your browser's site data/cache — we keep no separate copy. Analytics data held by Google is automatically deleted after the configured retention period (up to 14 months) via Google Analytics' automatic monthly deletion process. Electronic files are deleted by irreversible means so they cannot be recovered.

7. Your rights

Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, Korea PIPA, etc.) you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal data, and to opt out of certain sharing. You can also opt out of personalized ads at Google Ad Settings / aboutads.info/choices, opt out of Google Analytics via Google's browser add-on, and reset your device advertising identifier in your OS settings.

8. Children

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International transfers

For analytics and (if enabled) advertising, data may be transferred outside your country to Google:

• Recipient: Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd and affiliates.
• Countries: primarily the United States, and other countries where Google operates.
• Items: analytics events and identifiers; if ads are enabled, device/advertising identifiers and usage data.
• Purpose: aggregate analytics and, if enabled, ad serving and measurement.
• When & how: at the time of collection, via Google's SDK/tag.
• Retention: per section 6 (analytics up to 14 months).
• Safeguards: Standard Contractual Clauses and Google's data protection terms.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; we will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the Game.

2.4 결제
